Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to FaithfulStyles.com. Because all of our products are made-to-order through our print production partners, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to protect the integrity of our custom products and business operations.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:


1. Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom printed on demand specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because of this:

  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Wrong size ordered by customer
    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect address entered at checkout
    • Color preference changes
    • Delayed shipping caused by carrier issues outside our control

Please carefully review all sizing charts, product details, and shipping information before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect due to our error

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, OR
  • Issue a refund when appropriate

Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for replacement or refund.


3. No Returns on Worn or Used Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Worn items
  • Washed items
  • Used products
  • Items with odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Returned items must be unused and in original condition if a return is approved.


4. Size Exchanges

Because products are printed specifically for each order, we do not offer size exchanges.

Please use the provided sizing charts before purchasing.

If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order.


5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled because items immediately enter the printing process.


7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
