Thank you for shopping with Faithful Styes. Every order is made specifically for you through our made-to-order production process. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All products are custom made-to-order.

Please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for processing and production
  • Additional time for shipping and carrier delivery

Processing times may vary during:

  • Holidays
  • Sales events
  • New product launches
  • High-volume periods

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated shipping times after production:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Product type
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier rates

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


5. Multiple Shipments

Because products may be fulfilled from different production facilities, some orders may arrive in separate packages at different times.

This is normal for made-to-order fulfillment.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
  • Orders returned to sender may require repayment of shipping costs

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Customs delays
  • Shipping interruptions outside our control

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.


8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • VAT charges imposed by their country

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for customs delays.


9. Shipping Delays

Please understand that shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • High shipping volume
  • Severe weather
  • Global supply chain disruptions
  • Holiday demand

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
